Hartlepool Restaurant Week returns next week with one of its largest line-ups to date, running from 19–25 October. The initiative, organised by Hartlepool Borough Council's Economic Growth Team, will feature restaurants, cafés, bars and eateries across the borough offering special value menus.

What's on offer

Participating venues will offer dedicated Hartlepool Restaurant Week menus or special dishes from their existing menus at four price points: £5, £10, £15 or £20.

Why it matters

Councillor Rob Darby, Chair of Hartlepool Borough Council's Housing, Growth and Communities Committee, said: "Our hospitality sector plays a hugely important role in the local economy, providing employment for hundreds of local people and helping to make Hartlepool a vibrant and welcoming place to live, work and visit."

"Restaurant Week gives residents and visitors a great opportunity to support local businesses while enjoying some excellent food and drink offers," Councillor Darby added.
