Hartlepool Borough Council is inviting offers to purchase a plot of land in the historic Headland area of the town. The site, located to the rear of residential properties on Croft Terrace and a popular public house, extends to approximately 178 square metres and is being offered for sale by informal tender.

Permitted Uses

Due to its proximity to existing homes, the site's future use is restricted to parking, garden land or storage purposes. Any use would be subject to necessary planning permissions.

The successful purchaser will be required to secure planning permission, where required, before contracts are exchanged.

How to Apply

Tenders must be received by 12 noon on Friday 31 July and should be submitted in writing to: "Informal tender in respect of land at Croft Terrace", Chief Executive, Hartlepool Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool TS24 8AY.

Anyone interested in the site or seeking further information about the terms of sale should contact Craig Temple in the Council's Strategic Asset Management Team by emailing [email protected] or calling (01429) 523282. Further details are available at www.hartlepool.gov.uk/propertysearch
